I got this photo sent to me today - the contents of parcel - What’s the big deal, you ask ?
Well what can we see ?- info sheet ✔️ , extra holographic tape ✔️ thank you note ✔️ and even a little pack of catnip for her kitty to enjoy ✔️ but NO Cat Scrunchie the item she ordered and paid for!! 😬 Whoops my bad!

Here I was feeling very smug I’d been so good getting all my order out so quickly after my holiday.

Lucky my customers are so understanding when things go wrong and can see the funny side- because I do make mistakes, but I’m happy to admit it and fix it, in this case sending a “replacement”
