Dear Ann,
Your network connections, efficiency, care and follow up all made the impossible happen.
What normally takes 5 working days achieved in 2.5....meeting us at all hours for vet checks, regulatory compliance and loading.
A great AirNZ cargo team outdid themselves too.
So this morn Misty the bichon/maltese puppy is on her way to her "Mum/bf" Emily Blythe on the last flight out of CH to YBBN.
There will be a much awaited breakout of ecstatic joy in a pocket of Oz before midday today!
No hesitation in recommending Popular Pets for doing the hard yards to reunite bfs.

Air New Zealand Covid Rules
Pets (Cats and Dogs) Shipments can be accepted at Alert Level 3 and 2, although shall be tendered and collected through an authorised known customer pet transporter or authorised third party of the booking agent (Known Customer).
I am able to act an agent for clearing in CHCH and can help sorting the mess has created. PM me for help if you need it.
