I saw gorgeous Daisy today for her pre-winter groom 🐾

A few weeks ago Daisy’s owners noticed she had stopped eating and was dropping food out of her mouth. They trusted their instincts and took her to the vet, where they discovered she had lost a tooth. After a dental procedure, Daisy is now feeling much happier and comfortable 💕

Dental health is such an important part of our pets’ wellbeing and the signs can sometimes be very subtle. Things like not wanting to eat, dropping food, bad breath, pawing at the mouth, changes in behaviour, or even just seeming a little quieter than normal can all point to dental pain.

Dogs and cats are very good at hiding discomfort, so it’s wonderful that Daisy’s owners picked up that something wasn’t right and acted quickly. Early intervention can make such a big difference to their comfort, health, and quality of life! 🦷

Lion clip for this gorgeous boy 🦁✨

He was such a sweetheart for his groom and is now feeling so much lighter and more comfortable. A lion clip can be a great option for cats who struggle with matting, especially during the cooler months when coats get thick and difficult to maintain.

Reasons a lion clip may help:
• Severe matting that can’t be brushed out comfortably
• Cats who dislike brushing at home
• Elderly or overweight cats struggling to groom themselves
• Reducing hairballs and excess shedding

Matting can become very painful for cats, pulling tightly on the skin and hiding sores underneath, so it’s always best to get on top of it early 💛
