Busy and tiring day today! 😴🐾

Our two fur kids did quite well at the Canterbury All Breeds Cat Show in West Melton today. Very proud of them both, and a nice way to finish our 2026 show season. 🥰

This should be our last cat show for 2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣6️⃣. We’ve slowly realised that our bodies aren’t keeping up with all the travelling, early mornings and long show days quite as well as they used to… we’re getting old now hahaha 😂😂

Time for us 😬and the fur kids 😜 to have a bit of a rest! ❤️🐱

Guess who’s back😜😉 Do you still remember DreamAngel Happy Friday? the little guy who flew from New Zealand 🇳🇿 to Singapore 🇸🇬, and later moved to China 🇨🇳 with his human mum & dad!

Recently, he and his little sister (yes… their family has two DreamAngel fur kids 🥹) went on a day trip to the zoo! Honestly… I’m convinced Happy Friday thinks he’s a human, not a cat 🤫😂 When his mum first told me, I actually had to read our conversation twice 👀🤣 It never crossed my mind that one day, one of our kittens would be visiting a zoo 🦁🐆🐊 🐇🦒🐻‍❄️… as a guest, looking at all the animals!

The funniest part 🤗They even met Timon ( Suricata suricatta) from The Lion King… well, a real meerkat!
Both sides were incredibly calm and curious. No drama, no panic 🫨 just two fluffy tourists quietly observing their wild cousin. 😂 They spent the whole day exploring the zoo, meeting lots of different animals, and having the best time❤️

Since we’re sharing Happy Friday’s adventure, we’d also like to share our thoughts on cats going outdoors.

We’re not against outdoor adventures at all …..as long as they’re fully supervised. Walks on a harness, rides in a pet stroller, trips to cafés, parks, or even the zoo… we absolutely love seeing our DreamAngel babies enjoying the world safely with their families. Many of our kittens grow up happily walking on a leash just like little dogs. 🐈‍⬛🐕✨

What we don’t support is allowing cats to roam freely without supervision. Even in a quiet off-street area, it’s still not something we recommend. In our eyes, that’s not real freedom.

Real freedom means being able to explore the world safely, with the people who love them by their side, protected from traffic, disease, getting lost, or other unexpected dangers.

Happy Friday and his sister are such a lovely example of that ❤️ May every DreamAngel fur kid get to see the world with their family… never alone. 🌏💕🐾
