As qualified professionals our 2 HOUR walk service, which excludes transport, is based on experience, knowledge and most importantly the love of dogs. Over the y

ears other potential dog walkers have called us for advice and knowledge as how to set out their own business's and we are quietly proud that many more dogs are now being entertained around the city of Christchurch by caring and conscientious dog walkers. Dog Food-
In all this time we have also offered an exclusive Home Delivery Service of pet products to our customers and in the last few years we have extended this service to all other happy pet owners in this city and its surrounds. The popularity of this personal service offered by us, as professional people with direct contact to the diversities of the domestic dog world, is simply flattering. Dog Training-
As trainers we offer an highly knowledgeable and non-punitive training service. Usually upon referral but also via a direct inquiry we focus a lot of attention toward specific behavioral issues. However if you wish personal and enjoyable training for your puppy or older dog, we may be able to set you on your way with an enjoyable insight into friendly dog and dog-guardian education.

There is a lot on my mind...
Starting as a trial in 2001 and going into full business busy-ness over the next year, Happy Dog Walking is stopping! 25 years of professional dog walking has been the most beautiful journey and ending this hasn't been an easy decision. The magic and privilege that it is to be a dog walker is not able to be fully expressed in words in this short moment. It's been 25 years of stories, experiences, bonding, dirty, wet, sun , sea, river, hot, cold, happy and sad. What a journey!!
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to all that have supported us over these years. One customer from back then is still with us...yes, that's you Gael!
From back when we had a very very basic Web page, (remember when a cartoon of a dog running on the spot was all the rage! ) only 1 mobile between us, all pictures had to be printed from a film roll, finding addresses using a foldout map, all customer calls where to landlines, and, later on, Facebook was a lovely places for photos of dogs, cats and lunches!

Happy Dog Training will still be around with Top line training classes and for those wanting to see a true specialist with their dogs.

Our love and hugs to all the beautiful people we have met and had the most special times with their dogs.
