Once again its been a while since i posted
Its been busy at work and at home...all dog related 🤩🐾

We have an army of Bullmastiff babies and they take up alot of our time at home nurturing them in the best way we know how ☺️

Now onto grooming ...☺️🐾
I still have a few December bookings if youre wanting to get your dog in.
I will be off from Christmas eve until Monday 12th January 😊

Its been a while since I've posted ... slack I know 🤦‍♀️
Life's been super busy grooming lots of gorgeous dogs and preparing for my time off ⬇️😍

As most of my lovely clients will know, im off on puppy duties at home with a litter of 12 pedigree Bullmastiff babies which were born on Sunday 🤎🐾🤎🐾

Mumma and babies are doing great.
Im up every 2 hours helping Sage , making sure every puppy gets a full belly of milk and stays warm. Then its sleep for 1 hour then do the same all over again.

Im living on coffee ☕️ and puppy breath right now ... not complaining at all ❤️
Sleep is so overrated 🤣

I have appointments from Nov 10th when im back but if you need to get your doggo in urgently I will try my best to help with getting an appointment with one of the team.

But for now here's some baby puppy spam 🥰🤎🐾⭐️

It's been a while since I posted here... busy busy 🤩

Just wanting to share some exciting stuff happening where I'm working now at Pawfection Grooming Salon NZ in Bromley 😃

What do i do in my spare time other than Dog Grooming ??

I do DOG stuff 🤣🐶

I go to dog shows
I go to dog events
I photograph at dog shows and photograph pet dogs when ever I get the chance.
I paint and sketch dogs
I read dog books
I watch numerous dog videos( incl Grooming vids as we are always forever learning)
I attend dog grooming seminars/competitions
I offer dog advice from what I've learnt over the years
My dogs at home are always near me. They live inside and sleep on the bed (don't judge me )

I eat sleep breath everything DOG
And I wouldn't have it any other way 😍🐾

Oh and my non dog hobby is growing Dahlias...lots and lots of them 😊

Another cute wee bunny groom today 🐰

Actually 2 wee bunnies but Gandalf the Jersey Wooly pictured here had a good amount of undercoat removed to help his new coat grow through and make it easier for his pet parents to maintain his gorgeous floofiness without the knots and tangles 🤩

I try and avoid shaving/clipping rabbit fur and prefer to part and pluck the dead coat out.
This helps correct coat growth and minimizes nasty matts .
Obviously there are some coats I can't save and they will need clipping.
But the best part about that is no anesthesia!
And an experienced bunny barber 😉🐇

Yes, as sweet as his name suggests.
Churro was a wee star and if you look up the word cute in the dictionary you would see Churros name there 😍

A happy go lucky puppy full of kisses and WOW doesn't he look so CUTE after his groom.

Last weekend I ventured off to Groomalong held in Christchurch.
I was the photographer for the weekend but I also decided to dive in and enter and compete in the 'Oodle' class on the Sunday 🤗

So bright and early I headed off to pick up my competition dog, the beautiful Nova owned by one of my lovely clients 😊

Nova has a secret crush on me. Well it's not that much of a secret as she makes it very obvious that she thinks I'm kinda cool and we genuinely have that groomer/doggo client BFF vibe going on ❤️🐕

To cut a long story short, we did pretty good and won a 2nd place in the class which was judged by Melanie Newman and Nadia Bongelli who are legends in their own right in the grooming world.

My awesome team/work mates Zoe and Frances also did amazing bringing in several 1st and 2nd place wins 🤩
