This weekend we said goodbye to our dear old girl Aggie. She was more than my own dog, she was the inspiration behind my business logo and a huge part of the reason I do what I do. Losing her has reminded me why I care so deeply about the work I do. We only have our dogs for a short time and that time matters. Helping people understand their dogs, strengthen their bond and make the most of every stage of life is at the heart of everything I do. They are not with us long enough which is why the time we have with them means so much. Rest easy Agatha and look after all those doggos that will one day cross the rainbow bridge. 🐶💔🩷

Chewy’s been coming in for a weekly day train. The initial training objective was focussed on dog reactivity, but I noticed a gap in his environmental confidence. As all good trainers would do I’ve modified the training focus to look at the big picture of his whole temperament and come up with an appropriate training journey to allow him to be his best self.
Town visits, new environments and starting slow. Not pushing him, just letting him take it all in and building on his resilience.
Good things take time. He’s getting there. 🐾
