Many cats live with chronic joint disease like osteoarthritis—and while medications and supplements can help, sometimes it’s just not enough. That’s where a multimodal approach to treatment can make a big difference!

At our clinic, we offer Level 4 Laser Therapy and Piezowave Shockwave Therapy (don’t worry—they’re soundwaves, not electric shocks!). These gentle treatments can all be done within a 30minute consultation and are designed to:

Meet Ben 🐾 one of our amazing canine clients who is working hard on strengthening his shoulder tendons. We've thought outside the box and developed a fun and innovative approach to help him achieve his goals: carpal weights! 💪

By adding a little bit of weight to each paw, we've enhanced the classic "shake paw" exercise to engage Ben's muscles and tendons even more effectively.

🐾🌟 Meet Wombat, one of our star patients at BARC! Wombat has been undergoing treatment for cauda equina syndrome, and we're thrilled to share his progress with you. With his owner's dedication to his home care personalised exercise routine, along with his clinical treatment, Wombat responded exceptionally well.

He's now on a maintenance exercise program and receives top-up sessions of Piezowave Shockwave (Soundwave Therapy) and laser therapy to help keep his condition well-managed.

It's important to note that many conditions like arthritis, post-surgical recovery, neurological issues, and age-related weakness can greatly benefit from physical rehabilitation.
