The sun is back! Yay, thank goodness. It's taken a couple of days to dry out but the cats don't care, they are just enjoying relaxing in the sun.

Oh this rain, I'm so over it! The expression on some of the cats show they're over it too! Roll on tomorrow with fingers and toes crossed that we see some sun.

I hope the Easter bunny visited you all this morning! The weather is horrible here and it's a good day for just chilling on the couch! We've been trying to give the cats as much time outside as possible but that just doesn't work with the current weather. So we improvise with the hallways and toys and hope that the sun may shine for us tomorrow.

I know I've missed a couple of cats with the photos. My apologies, I'll post more later today.

And so, the school holidays are upon us. Cats galore, from wee Ron to giants Molly and Tisha. We love them all! Easter in just a few days and we'll be completely full. Our numbers are up on last year and the last 5 years worth of data given to us by the previous owners so thank you. I'm glad you're all enjoying the improvements made over the past 12 months. There's more to come yet but the cats are happy and that's the most important thing... and so are we 😃😘

I hope all of you who need a booking over Easter have done so alreadybecause we are pretty much full. I do get cancellations though so still try your luck. Otherwise we're just enjoying the "calm before the Easter storm"!

Well the rain has just started and it looks like it's going to be a wet couple of days. It won't help this time around but over the next few weeks we'll be fixing clearlite plastic over the shade cloth to keep out future rain. I'm so excited as at the moment I bring in most of the outside furniture whenever the rainclouds threaten. It also means that throughout Winter the cats can make the most of their space without being effected by the weather.

Lots of cats in this weekend. I think I've captured everyone..... except for Muddle and Puddle. They were hiding up on the top platform and I couldn't get a photo of them!

Well, it's no longer Summer but geez it's been hot these past few days. The cats have been making the most of their cat doors and spending the evenings outside. The majority are found up on the high platforms, watching the world go by as the sun goes down and the stars come out.

Three kittens 'in the house' this weekend.... I have a feeling that very little is going to get done around the place as none of us can resist the cuddles and energy of a kitten! But don't worry, everyone else will still get their share of attention too 😃

It's so nice to have Summer back with us again and hopefully it will stay for awhile longer yet. I hope everyone enjoyed their long weekend....I think the cats did. Lots of lounging around and relaxing, lots of sleeping in the sun, especially in their hidey- boxes which they all seem to love. We've still got a few improvements to make/ finish off but it's been very rewarding seeing how much the cats have been enjoying what we've done so far. I can't believe we're closing on on our first year of being here.

Oohh I'm loving this time of year.... lots of cats but not as many as over Christmas! That means we all have more time to spend with each cat, and those in the main block get more time wandering the hallway and the outside enclosures.
