And the love continues to flow in for our gorgeous wee Lani. I’m still amazed to this day by the support shown to both Lani and I in a time of hardship which is starting to finally feel like a long distant memory!

Today, we received this amazing care package thanks to Judith Wright from Pet Care Kaitaia! Both Lani, myself and Smudge are all going to enjoy these amazing treats! 🐶❤️

I feel so lucky to have had all the continuous backing and support behind me as if I didn’t, I wouldn’t have Lani home with me, happy and healthy, as she is today. I still can’t say thank you enough 🥰

Winter calls for night walks in the dark! 🤦🏽‍♀️

Lani got her first proper groom from my amazing groomer yesterday, she was a little nervous but we got it done. So happy with how far she has come and how comfortable she is starting to become around strangers being close to her and handling her ❤️🐾

Sorry for being slack on the updates, I'm currently isolating at home as I am positive for covid 🦠🦠

Lani is doing absolutely amazing, she is
fully settled in and has the best personality. She follows me around everywhere and won't let me out of her sight. She is full of confidence and living her best (spoilt) life! 🦴

Thank you again to everyone - I couldn't have got Lani home safely without the help of each and every one of you and I could not imagine life without her! Furthermore, re Hopkins Horse Transport, I have filed a detailed police report further to what was filed while she was missing and this is currently being looked into as it is not a once off situation. There has been multiple others and by multiple I mean ALOT who have come forward and have also submitted their statements to police. I also went to FairGo but haven't heard anything back unfortunately. I never did receive any further payments from Hopkins for Lani but thankfully I have her here happy, safe and healthy thanks to the help of everyone, so that's the main thing 🥰♥️

Best way to cool off on a hot summer evening 😎

I have been a bit slack on the updates lately (sorry) but Lani is doing absolutely amazing! We can now walk past strangers and other dogs on walks and she will just trot along beside me where as she used to try and run in the opposite direction. It is so nice seeing her so confident in herself after everything she has been through. Her favourite place to sleep is on the bed snuggling up beside me. She likes going for drives and will sit on my lap and fall asleep in the car. But I think the best thing is getting home from work and her just SO EXCITED to see me. Nothing like puppy love 🐾♥️💕

Lani is absolutely thriving and it makes me beyond happy and proud! She is now back to a healthy weight and is glowing, she is gaining confidence every day and she is now accepting pats from strangers and playing when we have friends over. I am absolutely in love and she fits right in, she completes our wee family and I am still forever grateful that we were able to find her, thanks again everyone ❤️

Eight days later, a bit thin but super happy to be home.

Lives near the Marlborough Ridge in Fairhall area and desperately missed
