📌 IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
This is a DRIVE-THROUGH ONLY “jab-and-go” service.
Please remain in your vehicle at all times.
Due to high demand and limited staffing (one vet for the event), we are unable to offer health consultations, advice, nail trims, check-ups or procedures on the day. We are only able to offer a basic, routine check to ensure the dog is healthy prior to vaccination.
For any health concerns or additional services, please book a consultation via email or phone call.

🐾 VACCINATION INFORMATION
We are administering the DHPPi vaccine, which covers:
✔ Parvovirus
✔ Distemper
✔ Adenovirus
❗ This does NOT include Leptospirosis or Kennel Cough vaccines.
Puppies/dogs may require 1–2 booster vaccinations in approximately one month to ensure full immunity. This vaccine may incur a fee and our staff can advise you on this and help with booking follow-ups if needed.

🐶 REQUIREMENTS
- Dogs must be healthy and due for vaccination
- Minimum age: 8 weeks old
- Maximum 1 dog per household
- Must fill out and email a completed Vaccination Form - see below.
Ensure this form is completed and emailed to [email protected]. (Recommended to copy and paste below for convenience)
You may come in and collect a paper copy if preferred.
We require this before 9am on 25 / 04 /2026.

By filling in the above form, you authorise Huapai Vet Clinic to vaccinate your pet with the parvo (DHPPi) vaccine. Huapai Vet Clinic is allowed to deny this vaccine if they feel the dog is not healthy or safe for vaccination.
