Under huden er det lag med bindevev som bl.a hjelper musklene å gli, og spaltene mellom fasciene gir plass slik at nerver og blodårer løper gjennom. Kvaliteten på fascie kan svekkes av ulike årsaker, og medfører da restriksjoner i hestens bevegelser.

This photo is of a photo of a sacrum and lumbar vertebrae from The collection of bones Maureen has in New Zealand. It was of a 17 yr old gelding. You can see how much fusion has occurred between the last two lumbar vertebrae, and kissing spine can be seen on the third lumbar vertebrae to the forth! This indicates a tilt in the PELVIS has occurred when the horse was alive!

Damage like this can be prevented.. when we take time to keep them in balance with CranioSacral!!!

"The adult horses head or cranium is made up of 26 individual bones! All of which join at sutures, that act like joints, for slight mobility and for function.

The attached photo shows the sutures of the bones of a young horses skull.

When the bones are compressed due to pressures from either humans like from bits, dentistry, etc or from accident/ injury occurring, the bones get jammed together and the sutures lock! This will have an affect on muscle function,sinus drainage, nerve function, blood supply and basic functions like smelling, listening and seeing!

Når kompresjoner kan forårsake slike endringer i kraniet, er det ikke rart at basale funksjoner som lukt, hørsel og syn blir svekket.

The photo posted shows two skulls of two different horses- the skull on the right is of a horse that has had a cranial injury and the suture between the bones shows boney deposits or fusion!

"The skull on the left shows healthy sutures between the bones of the cranium! This is vital for the health of nerve function, blood supply, CSF production, and basic functions like smelling, hearing and seeing!"

Mye spenninger i kjeveleddet/TMJ. Tannstillingen bekrefter funnene i TMJ. De sorte pilene markerer der tennene i over- og underkjeve skulle møtt hverandre. Hestens tenner blir nå fulgt opp av dyrlege med videreutdannelse på tenner.
