🛡️ Safe Use of the MK Horsepower Plate: 5 Tips for a Relaxed and Strong Horse 🐴

1️⃣ Inspect & Stabilize
Always check the plate for damage and ensure it’s placed on a flat, stable surface—slipping is a no-go!

2️⃣ Never Leave Unattended
A handler should always stay with the horse during use. Your presence = safety + calm.

3️⃣ Let Your Horse Adjust
Start without vibration. Walk the horse calmly on and off, close the bars gently, and only then activate on a low setting.

4️⃣ Build Gradually
Begin with short sessions: 10–20 minutes, 2–3x a week. Frequency and duration should match your horse’s size, fitness, or recovery needs—and always consult your vet or physio first.

5️⃣ Use Responsibly in Rehab & Training
Combine with other therapies (like shockwave) under supervision. Great as a warm-up or cool-down—but it’s not a replacement for ridden or in-hand work.
