It is 4 months since I am back on journey from injury… it has been tough, I would say mentally tough but also I could feel my ankle all the time.. it was like someone attached something odd to my body. Finally this week it felt like I wasn’t struggling like I could push more! Today it was another strong short sweet session despite the rain and very slippy (normally I don’t do rain🤣🤣). Finally I feel we are on good track. Thanks Robinson Canicross for keeping up with my moaning and rant and for being my support! This was hard but you saw it all the way that I needed time! Let’s go💪🤩
