Corelli is everything you could want in a jumping sire. This gorgeous stallion has truly unlimited scope, exemplary technique and a fabulous 'cool calm & collected' character. He is a elegant, modern type with a super canter & is destined for big things both as a sire & sporthorse.
In his short time competing he as already placed in open 1.30m classes & took reserve champion in the 7yrs Final at the 2017 Australian Young Horse Championships (DJWTS). International guest judge Mr. John Cottle awarded him 9.5 out of 10 for scope, technique, movement & rideability.
His sire 'Cornet’s Prinz' has won at Grand Prix level & placed internationally with young rider Guido Klatte Jnr. He took silver at the German Youth Championships & achieved 11th place in the prestigious ‘Sires of the World’ event in Lanaken 2014.
Grand sire Cornet Obolensky has dominated the European breeding & competition scene like no other. He was extremely successful at Grand Prix level & competed at the 2008 Olympic Games in Hong Kong. Cornet Obolensky currently occupies third place in the WBFSH ranking & so far has produced 258 showjumpers competing at Grand Prix, 32 of which compete at 1.60m!
Corelli’s dam Persika contributes 3 more super sires in Grannus (via Granulit), Pilot & Ramiro Z. Granulit continues the legacy of his sire Grannus, who has seven Olympic horses and over 80 approved sons to his name.
Pilot was the first show jumping stallion with progeny to earn one million deutschmarks, & by the end of 1999 Pilot progeny had earned a staggering DM6,250,000.
Corelli is extremely fertile and produces excellent quality semen.
