🇳🇱: Ook het laatste veulen van het seizoen is geboren, en wat voor een! Een groot, stoer en vrolijk ventje die al met veel kracht en afdruk beweegt. Zowel moeder als zoon doen het goed.

'Woody' is uit onze elite Z2 prok merrie Efeera (Zjengis Khan x Montecristo x Nurprimus) en heeft Real Dream (Dynamic Dream x Negro x Ulster) als vader. Real Dream zal tijdens het WK Jonge Dressuurpaarden Nederland vertegenwoordigen bij de 5-jarigen volgende maand.

🇺🇸🇬🇧🇦🇺: The last foal of the season is here, and what a looker! A big, sturdy and happy c**t who already moves with a lot of power. Both mother and son are doing well.

'Woody' is the offspring of our 'elite Z2 prok' mare Efeera (Zjengis Khan x Montecristo x Nurprimus) and Real Dream (Dynamic Dream x Negro x Ulster). The 5-year-old Real Dream will represent The Netherlands at the WC Young Dressage Horses next month.

En helaas niet in de goede zin van het woord 😅

Waar ze met oefenen netjes naast haar moeder bleef, besloot ze dat de prachtig aangeklede baan op Manege de Prinsenstad de perfecte plek was voor een circuit training 🏎‍. We hadden haar misschien beter 'Wervelwind NW' kunnen noemen 🌪️

De jury prees haar wel voor haar prachtige model en mooie front, maar noemde haar licht uitgedrukt 'wat te fris'.

Dit kan natuurlijk gebeuren met paarden, helemaal als ze nog zo jong zijn. Dat is dan ook helemaal niet erg, want het is een leerzame dag geweest en dat ze mooi is, heeft ze wel laten zien! Windfall NW is een Roman Empire nakomeling uit onze elite merrie Diwanda (Florencio x elite prest v. Flemmingh x ster pref prest v. Ferro)

She showed very well while practicing at home, but she thought the big arena at Manege de Prinsenstad was better suitable to practice her fast lap 🏎‍. Maybe we should have called her 'Whirlwind NW' instead 🌪️

The judges praised her beautiful conformation and elegant front, but justifiably thought she was 'a bit too fresh'.

These things happen with horses, especially when they are so young. There's no shame in that at all; she learned a lot and did show everyone how gorgeous she is. Windfall NW is a daughter of Roman Empire and our elite mare Diwanda (elite by Florencio x elite prest by Flemmingh x ster pref prest by Ferro).

⭐ 𝐓𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐲'𝐬 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐍𝐖 𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐑 ⭐

🇳🇱: Drie jaar geleden werd Today's Special NW (v. Escanto PS) geboren in de stallen van Hoeve Noordenwind. Het eerste veulen dat wij uit onze merrie Daylene Reina (Jazz x Hurricane) fokte, zou ook de enige zijn, want in de opvolgende winter overleed Daylene tijdens een koliek operatie. Haar merrieveulen werd daarmee voor ons nog dierbaarder, maar ze was al verkocht naar de Verenigde Staten. Gelukkig kon Arne haar terugkopen voor ze op het vliegtuig stond en kwam ze weer naar huis.

2,5 jaar verder is kleine 'Toosje' uitgegroeid tot een prachtig, groot en talentvol paard. Tijdens de KWPN Zuid-Holland stamboekopname in Delft liet ze zich super zien. De jury prees haar voor haar techniek en uitstraling. Met 80 punten voor de stap werd ze opgenomen in het stamboek en ster verklaard 🌟

We gaan haar rustig aan opleiden en klaarmaken voor de Ibop. Daarna mag ze haar moeder's foklijn voortzetten. Op naar de toekomst!

🇺🇸🇬🇧🇦🇺: Three years ago, Today's Special NW was born in the stables of Hoeve Noordenwind. She was the first foal we bred out of Daylene Reina (Jazz x Hurricane) and would turn out to become the only one. Daylene died that winter during a colic surgery. Her filly became even more valuable to us, but was already sold to the United States. Thankfully, Arne was able to buy her before she had left on the plane, and brought her home.

Two and a half years later, little 'Toos' has grown into a beautiful, big and talented horse. During the KWPN Zuid-Holland mare selection she showed her stuff. The judges praised her technique and appearance. With 80 point for her walk, she was admitted to the studbook and declared 'ster' 🌟

We will now begin training under saddle and prepare her for the Ibop test. After that, she will hopefully continue her mother's damline. Looking forward to the future!

De combinatie van de elegante Oldenburger Grand Prix hengst McLaren met de sterk gebouwde Ruby Rose NW (ster prok d-oc v. Desperado) heeft dit geweldige hengstveulen gebracht. Wi******er NW is het eerste veulen van Ruby Rose NW en beide maken het goed. Zijn grootmoeder Efeera (elite sport prok d-oc v. Zjengis Khan x Montecristo) was succesvol in het Z2 dressuur.

Wi******er NW is the first foal of our homebread Ruby Rose NW and both are doing well. His grand-dam Efeera (elite sport prok d-oc by Zjengis Khan x Montecristo) was successful at Z2 level.

Na een pittige week met o.a. veel stormschade, is op 31 maart dit knappe merrieveulen geboren. Een echte dame - sjiek, hoogbenig en lichtvoetig. Daarnaast heeft ze ook een heel fijn karakter.

Onze elite ibop prok merrie Deja (Diwanda op papier) komt ook al uit zo'n fijne stam. Haar moeder van Flemmingh is elite prestatie en haar grootmoeder van Ferro heeft ster preferent prestatie achter haar naam staan. Uit deze Wanda-stam komt een hele rits aan internationale sportpaarden, zowel dressuur als springen. After a rocky week, including heavy damage due to a storm, this lovely filly was born on the 31st of March. She's a true lady - classy, long-legged and light on her feet. On top of it all, she's incredibly sweet as well.

Na lang wachten is op 18 maart een prachtig veulen op Hoeve Noordenwind geboren. Een hoogbenig vosmerrietje met een heerlijk karakter en de vriendelijkste ogen. Vol moed en nieuwsgierigheid is ze haar nieuwe wereld aan het ontdekken.

Moeder Playa maakt het goed en is gek op haar kleine meisje. Het is altijd weer een voorrecht wanneer beide blij en gezond zijn!

Waikiki stamt af van Kyton, de indrukwekkende koffievos van Ferguson die met Emmelie Witte-Scholtens sterk presteert op het hoogste niveau. Onze merrie Playa de la Victoria is een dochter van Grand Galaxy Win en de internationale Grand Prix-merrie Victoria.

After a long wait, this lovely filly was born on March 18th at Hoeve Noordenwind. A long-legged chestnut with the sweetest character and the kindest eyes. She's exploring the world with a spring in her step, full of courage and curiosity.

Mother Playa is doing well and absolutely adores her little girl. Always a blessing when they are both happy and healthy!

Waikiki descends from Kyton, the impressive dark chestnut by Ferguson that is excellerating at the highest level with Emmelie Witte-Scholtens. Our mare Playa de la Victoria is the daughter of Grand Galaxy Win and the international Grand Prix mare Victoria.

Deja is at 330 days and is rapidly approaching her due-date. We chose the impressive stallion Roman Empire as her partner.

⚜️ 𝗥𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗲 is a horse with a lovely character, a strong and tall exterior and an excellent pedigree. His mother Zolena successfully competed at the World Championships for young dressage horses and has four approved sons. Roman Empire is the full brother is two-time World Champion Red Viper, Blue Hors Romanov being the father of both naturally talented horses. Roman Empire won the Gelderland Cup and was the reserve champion in the VSN, the Pavo Cup and Subli Cup. He is Oldenburg approved.

Soms kan het snel gaan. Toby is vandaag vertrokken naar zijn nieuwe thuis. Wij hebben deze Livius zoon zelf gefokt uit onze elite ibop prok merrie Diwanda (v. Florencio I x Flemmingh x Ferro) en zijn blij zo'n fantastisch plekje voor de knappe ruin gevonden te hebben. We gaan de vrolijke clown missen, maar het was zo fijn om te zien hoe hij gelijk klikte met Sarah, zijn nieuwe eigenaresse.

Sarah, heel veel succes met jouw nieuwe aanwinst! Toby had geen beter huisje kunnen treffen 🏡🩵💙

Kyton heeft geen introductie nodig. De indrukwekkende koffievos van Ferguson x Ferro ontwikkeld zich sterk in de internationale Grand Prix met Emmelie Witte-Scholtens. Als vader paard timmert hij ook hard aan de weg; zijn nakomelingen doen het goed in de jonge paarden competities en worden geprezen voor hun souplesse en rijdbaarheid.

Playa de la Victoria is een prachtige lang gelijnde merrie van Grand Galaxy Win. Zij is de dochter van de internationale Grand Prix merrie Victoria en heeft ook een halfzus die op het hoogste niveau geklasseerd is. Playa’s eerste veulen van Pitch Perfect is vorig jaar verkocht en lijkt veel belovend!

As a sire he is making a name for himself as well; his offspring is doing fantastic in young horse competition, and they are being praised for suppleness and rideability.

⚜️ 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗮 𝗱𝗲 𝗹𝗮 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗮 is a beautiful long-lined mare by Grand Galaxy Win. She’s the daughter of the international Grand Prix mare Victoria and also has a half sister who competed at the highest level in dressage. Playa’s first foal by Pitch Perfect was sold last year and looks very promising!
