Today we visited Rodewijk Helleborus to see our Hellebore Magnificent Bells in full bloom. We Love seeing our plants grow happy and strong! Visiting the growers gives us valuable insights into how our varieties perform in real conditions and helps us continue improving our breeding work.

As Finance Manager at HilverdaFlorist, you play a key role in further professionalizing our financial processes and reporting structure, ensuring greater uniformity and insight within our international organization. You bring structure to data, reports, and month-end closings, ensuring they are timely and reliable, including for our foreign entities. In addition, you manage the Finance team.

We're looking for someone who:
📍Has a completed financial education at HBO level
📍 Has at least 5 years of relevant work experience
📍 Strong substantive knowledge of consolidation, reconciliations, and forecasting
📍 Has experience with international administrations and reporting
📍 Speaks and writes Dutch and English fluently
📍 Experience with Exact (Globe) and Power BI is an advantage
📍 Is analytically strong, accurate, and communicative
📍 Is a team player who can lead and motivate others
