Help me empty this box 😂

After sorting through bags and bags of tails, I’ve once again ended up with over 300 B grade tails. I’ve updated my website listing for the tails so you can easily pick what you want to order. Don’t mind which color but want a better deal? I’ve also added some bundles for 10, 25 or 50 tails each with a lower price per tail.

I will unexpectedly be absent for pretty much the whole of September, so I’ve decided to not do a huge batch of tail keychains but instead try and make a smaller batch with popular and new colors.

For example I had my tannery dye me these Crystal on Silver fox tails. They are slightly reddish brown in color. I’ll also include the single Arctic tanuki tail as well as the Burgundy tails I showed on my page earlier this month.

Two mountable martens are now up on the website. They are a lot nicer than the previous ones. Really the last ones this time.

Something nice for the next tail keychain drop. I’ve barely started working on it, don’t expect anything soon 😅

I figured I’d show you guys this tail I just removed from this male Arctic tanuki/raccoondog. The pelt itself is very damaged, all those weird looking spots on the left are where fur was lost and there’s bald spots. I’ll be trying to cut those out and make a mini blanket out of the repaired pelt.

I also got in some other amazing wild fur today. 88 coyote pelts and 20 skunks. The coyotes are select heavy grade, some are quite pale and fluffy.

The plan is to take some of the coyote pelts and make a blanket. There’s always pelts without tails and they are of less value to collectors, I often have to sell them at a loss. I’ve spent quite a lot of time lately reading about fur sewing and I’m positive I’ll be able to make a small fur blanket.
