Hi thank you for my lockable.latch it came yesterday my husband fitted it but at first it would not fit the conservatory PVC. Doors.so he had to put the latch out side and the lock inside as my doors have a round beading on.what I would like to know is because the latch is outside is it whether proof and will it affect the lifetime guarantee I wish I had known about this product I have waited years for somebody to come up with this product why haven't you advertised before it's fantastic I went out this morning left the the door open and locked it so the cats could go in and out thank you so much you have made my day and now I don't have to hurry when I'm out and I know when I go to bed that it's safe to leave the door thank you from the bottom of my heart June sent you a screenshot of the door is it all right like that

Hi Steve
Our lock came yesterday, the day after I ordered it so first off, fantastic delivery service!This lock is absolutely brilliant and exactly what I needed!
My Dougie has always had a dog flap to go in and out when he wants, so when we bought a static caravan, with a full glass door it was causing an issue.
I tried door stoppers either side, bit didn't feel comfortable leaving my door unlocked when I was out.
Your Pet LockLatch is the answer to my prayers! Dougie is not stuck in now and I feel safe leaving the door ajar for him to come and go as he pleases - it's ingenious!
I fitted it myself in minutes - it took my longer getting Dougie to slow down coming in and out so I could snap a photo ��.
Thank you for a brilliant device and a fantastic service - I will certainly be recommending your product and your company - you deserve to take the market by storm.

Locklatch was easy to attach to my Trellidor and my dog is very comfortable moving in and out of the house. It has definitely improved the security of my home, Locklatch is easy to lock and open with no fuss

Here us a few photos of the first ones fitted.
Some of the ones fitted in the middle of the frame a a bit of a difficulty to slide in and out the locking mechanism due to the angle and distance the window opens and the threaded stud with the lock/ pin part being 90deg there is not a lot of tolerance but other than those two they work great.

Hi Steve
A friend of mine saw this product quite a while ago while doing some google searching and recommended that I get this, I always keep my door a bit open for the pets to have free range. I stay in a security estate ignorant me why would I need something like a locklatch or Petlatch!!
About 3 weeks ago someone that was working in my property that was camping in my yard actually did come into my house in the morning took my car keys and drove my car out of the estate, fortunately he was apprehended but only after causing 50k of damages to the car and a nightmare with the insurance.
The point of the story, if I had a locklatch/petlatch three weeks ago I wouldn’t be having this conversation.
The installation
My retired neighbour(state security expert)volunteered to help with the installation of the locklatch needles to say he is very much impressed with this product.
The installation is so easy as long as you have a drill, rivet gun and a very pedantic retired neighbour that has the world’s time to fidget and drill through very tough safety doors.
The end result is awesome!
Whoever might get to read or hear my tale it might be too late if you haven’t purchased a locklatch already. Regardless of how much security you think you had or have, the locklatch could prevent you of becoming a statistic.

Good afternoon Steve.
We have arrived today at our hol.I have literally just finished fitting the two French doors with the LockLatches I bought from you. It took about 10 minutes per set to fit. The window vent opening is easy to adjust and perfect for our needs. As asked I have attached some photos above.
