We spot-clean all enclosures daily throughout your pet’s stay and perform a thorough deep cleaning and sanitization using pet-safe materials between every client, ensuring a clean and healthy environment at all times. Rabbits:
Our rabbit boarding setups include secure x-pen enclosures varying in size for single, pair, and trio accommodations. Each pen is equipped with a soft mat or rug for proper traction, a litter box filled daily with fresh hay, water bowls refilled daily. Oxbow Essentials Adult Rabbit Pellets and fresh greens are provided daily, as well as a variety of toys and enrichment to keep your bunny happy and stimulated. Feel free to bring any food or supplies from home as well, especially if your rabbit's diet differs from the brand we provide. Daily supervised free-roam time is available upon request to give your rabbit extra space to hop, explore, and stretch their legs in a safe environment. Guinea Pigs:
We offer a range of comfortable enclosure setups including C&C, Midwest, and GuineaLoft cages, all lined with cozy Kavee or GuineaDad fleece liners for maximum comfort and cleanliness. Each enclosure includes Choco No Drip water bottles refilled daily, a selection of litter box and hidey house options, and fresh hay replenished daily. We also provide Oxbow Essentials Adult Guinea Pig pellets and fresh greens daily, as well as an Oxbow Vitamin C tablet—unless you prefer otherwise. Feel free to bring any food or supplies from home as well, especially if your guinea pig's diet differs from the brand we provide. Daily supervised floor time is also available upon request to give your piggies space to explore and exercise in a safe, monitored environment. Ferrets & Rats:
Our ferret and rat guests stay in secure, multi-level Critter Nation cages outfitted with your choice of soft fleece liners or paper bedding. Each enclosure is enriched with tunnels, hammocks, chew toys, and other stimulating items to keep them active and engaged during their stay. Ferrets are offered both a daily gruel (for hydration and variety) and pellet food. Rats receive daily pellet food and small portions of fresh fruits and vegetables throughout their stay to supplement their diet. We recommend bringing your pet’s familiar brand of pellet food to maintain consistency, but we also offer Oxbow Essentials Adult Ferret Food and Oxbow Essentials Adult Rat Food upon request. Hamsters & Other Small Pets:
We encourage bringing your small pet’s enclosure from home to keep their environment as familiar and stress-free as possible, but we also provide a variety of enclosure options for hamsters, gerbils, mice, hedgehogs, and other small pets, including tanks and bin setups suited to each species' needs. We kindly ask owners to provide their pet’s usual diet to maintain consistency, but we are happy to supplement with fresh fruits and vegetables for our herbivores and additional protein sources for our omnivores upon request. Water sources are cleaned and refilled daily to ensure fresh hydration at all times. To minimize stress, we do not perform spot cleaning for our tiniest guests during shorter stays—enclosures are left undisturbed unless the stay extends beyond 7 days, at which point a gentle mid-visit cleaning is done if needed. Vaccination records are required for rabbit and ferret boarding. I love to send updates and pictures of your pets during their stay!
