TSC Silos Top Silo Constructions (TSC) is a silo supplier and focuses on the design and construction of square and rectangular steel silo installations.

As a silo manufacturer TSC has completed numerous projects around the world. These product prove our knowledge in the area of bulk and solids storage, day in day out. Our square silos installations are particularly suitable for the storage and converting of dry granular products (bulk and solids). This could be raw materials from wheat, barley, cacao and coffee beans, soy and corn to finished prod

ucts, powders and plastic granules. You often got a great variety of qualities for your raw materials, the square storage bins can be designed and divided exactly according to your needs. The smooth wall silo bins and smart hopper and bunker design ensure an optimal product outlet. You prefer a profiled/corrugated planking silo? That is either a problem to TSC. You can find our silo blocks in many different industries, from feed processing (animal feed, pet food and aqua feed) to the food industry like breweries, malt houses, flour mills and the cacao-, spices- and milk powder industry. Apart from these sectors, our silo systems are particularly suitable for the plastics industry.

We are proud to be contributing to one of Europe’s most groundbreaking circular economy initiatives: the new Circtec facility currently under construction in the Netherlands. This facility is set to become the largest tyre pyrolysis plant in Europe - transforming end-of-life tyres into valuable secondary raw materials like recovered carbon black and pyrolysis oil. It’s a significant step forward in reducing environmental impact and driving sustainable resource use.

Our contribution? A set of custom-designed, square, modular stainless steel silos, built specifically for this demanding project. Four of the six silos measure 6.0 x 6.0 meters (!) with a height of 8.0 meters, and feature an impressive 6.5-meter-high hopper. Furthermore, each bin is mounted on load cells for precise measurement and control.
With no internal reinforcements and completely in stainless steel, these silos are not only hygienic and low-maintenance, but also optimized for both durability and flexibility — exactly what's needed for a high-tech facility like this. The two bins of each 2.0 x 2.0 meters are already done.

It is great to see these robust silos standing tall at the core of such a forward-thinking industrial project. More than just storage. It’s enabling technology for a cleaner future in an XXL Special fashion.

The feed mill extension, including a square silo block consisting of 47 bins, of ABZ Diervoeding in The Netherlands is coming along nicely!

Adding over 7.600 m3 net storage capacity for raw materials allows ABZ to increase the supply of valuable raw materials over water. Water transport is often cheaper than road transport, especially for large volumes such as animal feed raw materials. It also emits less CO₂ per ton-kilometre than trucks.

Sustainability isn't always about big gestures — sometimes, it's in the smart choices.

𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙮 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙪𝙨𝙥𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙨𝙦𝙪𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙨𝙞𝙡𝙤 𝙗𝙪𝙞𝙡𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙩 𝙋𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙩𝙣𝙚𝙧 𝙈ü𝙝𝙡𝙚

A new silo construction, installed in between existing buildings, but hanging 15 meters above ground level. Engineered to hold 150,000 kilograms of animal feed. An intensive collaboration with Kastenmüller Systems Austria GmbH made the desired – and highly unique – solution possible. More than ever, every detail had to be spot on. It required the full extent of our know-how.

Severe flooding caused by a heavy storm just one week before the start of assembly brought a massive setback – and, understandably, a severe delay. But the project had to go on. And so it did. In the end, the delay was only limited to a few months.

The project for Plattner Mühle in Austria is one we won’t forget anytime soon. Luckily, it was all captured on camera!

Always good to see: the square silos for a new Estonian feed mill fully installed! Towering already over 25 meters from the ground, but there is still some work at height to do.

We wish the team on-site all the best as they go full steam ahead to get this new feed mill up and running.

Coming up in 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱: replacing a wooden square silo block with a completely new one in - you guessed it - steel. This ensures that the storage facility complies with the latest norms and standards again.

But this is no small task. The silos upfront, designed for truck loading, are not supported on the ground but are supported by suspending it on the rest of the block. Additionally, the available space for assembly is limited. The existing factory obstructs the installation on three sides of the silo block, while the front faces the main road leading to the village. These kinds of challenges prove that no two of our projects are the same, making our work highly engaging and consistently rewarding. All while enhancing storage facilities for a wide variety of grains.

𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗮𝗴𝗼, we celebrated our 25th anniversary. To commemorate this, we shared a time-lapse video of a defining project we did in those 25 years for Gebrs. Fuite .

Now, we are incredibly proud to present you with a 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘫𝘦𝘤𝘵-𝘷𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘰-𝘮𝘦𝘦𝘵𝘴-𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘦-𝘭𝘢𝘱𝘴𝘦 𝘷𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘰 of another defining project for a company part of the Fuite Group: Solprovit B.V.
Defining, as the numbers are more than impressive. Defining, as it's probably the world's most advanced Premix facility. Defining, as this facility will set new standards in the animal feed industry in many ways. All focused on efficiency, automation, and the highest hygienic standards. It was a project we were involved in from the very beginning, and now we can look back on it with great joy and pride.

We also want to take this opportunity to thank everybody for a fantastic 2024. It's been nothing but amazing, and we are more than looking forward to what 2025 has in store. We say thank you and wish you all 𝙃𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙮 𝙃𝙤𝙡𝙞𝙙𝙖𝙮𝙨!

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝗲𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗴𝗲𝘁. It is something we are very keen on - and fond of. Every project again. It nullifies the risk of errors. It creates a better understanding of what is going on. No unwanted surprises. Accountability on every single detail.

And... it creates a great 'what's still to come' image! For example, this new Coffee Roasting facility, where the lower-level hoppers are now in place and the installation will soon reach serious heights. The 3D Trimble Tekla software model exactly matches the reality. Exactly how we like it: what you see is what you get.

Yes, last night was a truly special one... 😉

Because it's not every day - or better said, night - we must cooperate with the national railway to complete an installation. But in this case, we're working over the tracks of the Swiss CFF to install the canopy for this cargo train loading facility. So, the railway electrification was shut off, and a few trains were canceled so we could safely install part 1. Tonight, part 2 will follow. Great job by the guys on site!

Where we're dealing with a winter wonderland in Germany, the skies in Switzerland are bright and blue!

Good progress was made the past week, with the silo layout now entirely in place and all the welding inside of the silos done.
