Bath time for the baby savannah monitors. 7 out of the egg and a lot more to hatch.

Baby number 2 is hatching! This little cutie is a Savannah monitor (Varanus exanthematicus). For monitor lizards, it can sometimes take several days to fully emerge from the egg, so there’s no need to rush the process.
