Nigerians and taking responsibility 🫲🫱
See no matter how you pray for your condition to change, if you don’t put in the work — nothing for you o. That’s life.
God is a God of principles.
If you like, go to the mountain.
Fast and pray for 40 days.
Until you start putting in the work, you will remain in that same spot.
Na why it looks like unbelievers are more successful — they just follow the principles. Meanwhile some Christians are busy praying where they need to be working.
My pastor said it today and I agreed — some people the only thing they know how to do is pray.
No skill, no knowledge, nothing to offer.
And they are busy calling village people.
Looking for who will out demons for them.
Okay o.
I see this every day in poultry farming.
A farmer will invest ₦2 million, buy 1,000 birds, and go home to pray for profit.
No vaccination schedule.
No feeding plan.
No biosecurity.
No record keeping.
Just faith and vibes.
Week 2, mortality starts climbing.
Instead of checking brooding temperature, reviewing feed intake, asking questions — they’re praying for help from above.
But the birds didn’t need a prayer.
They needed the right brooding temperature in week 1. They needed their Gumboro vaccine at day 14.
They needed clean water, proper ventilation, consistent feeding.
Those are not spiritual things. Those are principles.
And principles work for anybody who follows them — believer or not.
Do the work.
Then watch God bless the works of your hand.
