Today is another Nasarawa market day

Stay tuned for fresh market updates, price movements, and emerging trends you need to know.
This season, information is power don’t trade blind.

Please be wise. Don’t allow anyone to pressure you into buying or storing any farm product.
Every farm product you store still involves risk. There is no 100% guarantee in this business.
No one is in full control of the market — we are all only predicting based on experience and trends.
Some of the prices being mentioned out there are honestly outrageous and not realistic.
If you’re not comfortable, keep your money safe.
And if you decide to store, make sure you’re buying at a good price, not out of fear or pressure.
I am not a seller. My goal is to help you make wise and informed decisions, not emotional ones.
In storage business, patience and wisdom always win, not noise.

If you’re planning to store farm products this season,
January is one of the best times to buy and store.
From February to March, prices of grains usually start increasing gradually as supply reduces and demand picks up.

I’ve shared other posts explaining the products currently in season and the most profitable ones to consider storing.

Kindly check them so you can make informed decisions before entering the market.
Store with wisdom, not emotions.
The right timing makes all the difference.

Beans farmers went through one of the toughest production cycles.

Inputs were costly, logistics were expensive, and after everything, beans were sold around ₦60,000 per bag a price that only covered production costs, with little or no profit.
2025:
Production costs increased even further, yet farmers stayed committed to feeding the nation.
Instead of easing the burden on local producers, policy decisions opened the door for imported grains from countries where farmers receive strong government support and subsidized inputs.
The impact has been devastating.
Today, a bag of beans weighing close to 100kg is struggling to sell for about ₦40,000, while the cost of production remains just as high.
Many beans farmers have already been pushed to the edge financially.
If this trend continues, the consequences for food availability and rural livelihoods will be severe.

One thing I have clearly understood in the storage business is this:

The people who truly win are not those who get it right every season but those who refuse to give up after one bad season.

No matter what happened last year…
No matter the losses, mistakes, or disappointments…

Do not give up.
Every season is different.
Market behavior changes.
Supply and demand shift.
This year will not be the same.

If you have the capacity, store some products but do it with wisdom.

Avoid emotional decisions.
Study the market.
And most importantly, don’t put all your eggs in one basket.

Storage business rewards patience, discipline, and proper guidance.
Those who stay consistent and learn from past seasons are the ones who eventually win.
This season, let’s do it smarter, not just harder. 💼📈

This is one thing the government is doing that I sincerely don’t like.

Instead of tackling the root cause of the problem the high cost of production
they focus on trying to force down the prices of farm products.

This approach does not consider the
reality farmers face:
high input costs, logistics, labour, and insecurity.

As a result, almost all farmers recorded losses last year 😪
You can’t fix agriculture by hurting the producer.
Sustainable solutions must start from reducing production costs, not suppressing prices.

Outside all the market movements during the week,
it’s important to always create space for relaxation.
Today, I’m stepping out as a wedding guest 🥰💃
Balance is key work hard, but don’t forget to enjoy life.

If you have funds available, this is a good time to position yourself for storage.

Products to focus on:
• Guinea corn
• Soya beans
• Bambara nut

These products are expected to perform extremely well this year because production was poor this season, which will naturally affect supply and prices.

Proper knowledge is key in this business.

Kindly join our masterclass for structured mentorship, practical guidance, and to position yourself for massive profits this season.

If you have any questions or want to join the masterclass, send me a message now.
