We are facing a critical situation at ALIR Shelter and we are reaching out to all the animal lovers with an urgent plea for help. Currently, we only have enough funding to cover our operations for the next week.

Without an immediate influx of donations, we will be unable to continue providing essential care, food, and medical attention to the over 300 rescued dogs and cats who call our shelter home.

After a brutal attack that left him with a horrific, gaping wound on his head and a cut on his snout. This innocent dog was left to suffer alone. He was too traumatized to move, too hurt to understand why this happened to him, simply wishing for someone to save him.

Thankfully, his prayers were answered when a kind staff member discovered him and called for help. Our team did not hesitate, driving all the way from Tuaran to Kota Marudu to bring Terry to safety and brought to Marudu Animal Clinic for emergency treatment.

While he is finally off the streets, the road to recovery is long. Tests have confirmed that Terry is positive for heartworm infection, adding another layer of pain to his already broken spirit.

We are humbly asking for your help to cover his medical expenses, which total RM1200. Terry has known enough pain in his short life.
