PRE-SERVICE CHECK LIST Before Calling for Service.
Before you call our expert technician to service your unit,
take a moment to make sure you are prepared for the
appointment. That way, you can ensure our technician has
all the information he or she needs, and can get directly to
work on getting your systems into top-performing condition.
Here are a few things to check before calling for service:
1. Know where all of the units in your system are located.
2. Perform basic troubleshooting.
3.Check your air filter. A dirty air filter is a common cause
of problems.
4. Write down the model, serial number, type, brand and
horse power of all your products.
5. Be ready to explain clearly what symptoms or problems
you have had.
6. Know how long ago your problem began.
7. Make sure the system is accessible by the technician. If
there is something blocking any of your products, please
remove it.
8. lf your system products are in an attic or crawl space,
please make it easily accessible.
9. Lock pets in a separate room so they dont get in the way
or get hurt.
10. Make sure there is an adult home to legally allow entry
to your home.
11. Be prepared to answer the phone. Many technicians will
call to confirm the appointment.
12. lf you rent your home, make sure you have your
permission to have your system serviced.
13. If your unit is frozen, shut it off before the technician
arrives so its thawed and ready for service.
14. Make available if possible, the information on all prior
services performed on your system.

Air Conditioning Equipment Checklist
1. Check to make sure that your thermostat is set in the
"cool" position. And the ON-OFF switch is on the "On'
position.
2. Ensure that the blower motor in your indoor unit is
running.
3. Make sure your filters are clean.

12. Sanitise inside unit.
13. Clean condensor (outdoor unit).
14. Clean up all mess.
15. Note any post service problem.
16. Leave contact card/guarantee/checklist.
