Owner hand over this dog to someone who was not trained to handle dog, the dog was not leashed before the car door is open, she escaped in front of M club riverfront. We feel so sorry for the owner and also for the dog, please help to find this dog, she used to has a loving home, now roaming as a stray dog, panicking, can't find her home back, can't find food to eat.

To avoid this issue from happening again, please do not hand over your dog to someone who does not know your dog or someone who are not trained to handle dog. Leash your dog properly before opening the car door, hold the leash firmly. It's would be a lifetime regret to lost a dog. 😭

We always get scolded for unable to accept emergency or walk in cases, it affected our emotions badly. Please show some respect to our vet staff and be understanding, we unable to accept emergency cases due to limited staff, we are not hospital that has emergency team standby to help your pet.

Why don't we hire more vets? It's really not easy to get good and experienced vet nowadays, it requires a lot of training and years of experience, and they need to stay in Sungai Petani area. We don't simply send someone inexperience to treat your pet, that will create more conflicts if anything happens.

We wish all animals stay safe and healthy.
