- Key person for office administration, human resource and operation.
- Responsible for managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled, filing systems are designed, supply requisitions are reviewed and approved and that clerical functions are properly assigned and monitored.
- Responsible for developing and implementing office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operations of the office.
- Giving operation support to business operation and sales team department.
- Ensure the team adheres to company standards and work procedures.
- Assign and monitor clerical, administrative and secretarial responsibilities, and tasks among office staff.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Manage and prepare staff payroll processing (attendance, leave management record, EPF, Socso, PCB etc).
- Check employees attendance, leave record and manage overall staff personnel files.
- Update daily attendance and leave record and ensure that the records are accurate.
- Overall documentation including issuing Letter of Employment, Confirmation Letter and others related letters.
- Prepare HR-related documents including letters and memos.
- Manage employees’ database and ensure employee records are updated.
- Perform other related duties related to HR and administrative duties.
