Nurture Nature is happy to collaborate BloomSkillz Training Academy and LadangOasis for a meaningful workshop on 'Sustainable Living with Hydroponics' happening this 26 July 2025.

This 3-hour public session is perfect for those ready to take the first step into home food growing with hydroponics.

We will step in to provide a bonus learning on how to turn kitchen waste into rich liquid gold and compost using the Bokashi method.

As part of our mission, we will be bringing greater awareness on soil revitalisation and the role it plays in sustainable living, even in small urban spaces.

🌿 Join us as we inspire more Malaysians to grow their own food and eat healthier, create compost, and care for the earth 🌎 one green step at a time.

A Hidden Ecosystem We Must Protect Beneath Our Feet.

Under our feet is an entire world of biodiversity, from microorganisms to insects, fungi and earthworms who are quietly working to sustain our planet.

It is so easy to overlook the foundation of life itself…SOIL.

Yet, is it depleting and degrading at such an alarming rate globally.

As we revitalize the soil today using vegetable scraps from home, we are happy to contribute in a small way towards sustainability .

Imagine if each of us just took one small step to nurture SOIL back to health?

Collectively, we can create a meaningful change.

How can you start?

You can start by composting your vegetable and fruit waste at home to build organic matter in the soil.

It is a simple yet powerful way to give ‘life’ to SOIL again.

Happy Sunday, everyone!

This weekend, young artists from Play & Paint Art Studio showcased their remarkable creativity and deep understanding of the theme “Soil Is Life” through their art!

Their art beautifully expressed how soil, often taken for granted, plays a vital role in helping life thrive, growing the food we eat, nourishing plants, purifying water, and sustaining all living beings, big and small.

After much thoughtful deliberation, we are proud to announce our 4 cash prize winners:

1️⃣ Lakshannia Tharma Kumaran
2️⃣ Kaarthika Lakshme Muthuraman
3️⃣ Katiyaayani A/P Sathiamoorthi
4️⃣ Sharad A/L Ganeson

The prize giving ceremony took place at Regent International School, Klang, during the vibrant Fluttering Colours 2.0 Art Show, organised by Play & Paint Art Studio.

👏 Congratulations to all the participants and winners! Keep creating, keep inspiring, and together, let’s nurture nature.

We are thrilled to invite the talented kids from Play & Paint Art Studio (ages 8–13) to dive into an inspiring theme: Soil Is Life.

This theme invites them to explore how soil is the foundation of life on Earth.

Soil grows the food we eat, cleans the water we drink, and supports plants, animals, and tiny creatures that keep nature in balance.

If we do not help save soil, it could lose its power to grow food, support forests, and keep our planet healthy.

To the young artists of Play & Paint Art Studio👩‍🎨👨‍🎨, through your art...show how soil helps life thrive and why we must take care of it.

Let your creativity inspire everyone to protect and restore soil for a brighter future! 🌞

Good morning everyone! Hope you are having a great start today.

Here is how we collect our organic fertilizer made from leftover fruit and vegetables peels for our kebun.

We use the bokashi composting method with a DIY bin, and we also make our own enzymes naturally.

Happy Sunday!

We just harvested the BIGGEST buah kundur or winter melon from our organic garden, proving once again that sustainable farming works wonders!

Who says you can’t grow it big and healthy with natural pesticides and fertilizers?

Our garden thrives on eco-friendly practices, and this giant is the proof!

Let's continue to grow and nourish the earth, one harvest at a time. 🌍💚

What an exciting day at the kebun! Today marks our very first winter melon (buah kundur) harvest, and just look at the size of this beauty!

Grown organically using chicken manure, onion and garlic peels, and most importantly, our homemade enzymes from vegetable and fruit waste.

It’s truly incredible to see food grown with love, sustainably and completely chemical-free.

We recently visited Mizba’s farm, known for its winter melon/buah kundur.

Mizba gave us a good tour, explaining the growth process, fertilizers, and pesticides used.

As a special treat, Mizba gave us some winter melon seeds to grow at our kebun.

Can’t wait to see how they turn out!

A big thanks to Mizba for the memorable experience!

Look how our chilli plant has thrived using just regular onion and garlic peels, along with homemade liquid enzymes made from food waste!
