1. Paw-parents are required to bring along vaccination card and ensure they are free your furry-kids are free from tick & flea.

2. Advance notice on Check-in & Check-out time.

3. Female On Heat - We unable to take in female dog(s) that are on heat. This is to ensure the safety and well behave of the others fur-kids that boarding with us.

4. Bring your furry-kids' food while boarding with us to avoid any stomach upset.

5. Share the health condition of your furry-kids if required special care.
