Our six rescued puppies was attacked by parvovirus, a highly contagious disease which usually attacked young puppies, characterised by severe gastrointestinal distress along with intense vomiting. It also attacked the immune system and damaged the lining of the gut.
Francis took all the necessary steps to save them. Intravenous fluids (IV) for dehydration, anti nausea medications and antibiotics to prevent secondary infection and tube feeding to provide nutrition.
After a few days of intensive treatment they have recovered.

It was a request call to save six stray puppies and Francis from Lucky Dogs Home sprang into action.
Alas the innocent puppies are safely in the shelter. While acknowledging challenges, Lucky Dogs Home ultimately focus on the hope and happiness that comes from giving these puppies a second chance. And the overwhelming joy is seeing them thrive in a loving and safe environment. Plz God, keep them healthy.

Ouch, ouch, ouch, it’s vaccination day in Lucky Dogs Home by Dr Khor and his team from Subang Mayo clinic
Vaccinations prevent many pet illnesses and help avoid costly treatment for preventable diseases. Vaccines can also help the body learn how to defend itself from disease without the dangers of a full blown infection. It might cause discomfort or tiredness for a day or two but it’s a lifetime prevention.
Thank you Dr Khor and his team for taking the time to come to our shelter to vaccinate the furkids
