🆕 Top-up System is Now Available
Our Top-up system is officially available starting today.
Customers who wish to top up may proceed with bank transfer.

📌 Terms & Conditions

1️⃣ Appointment Reminder
A reminder will be sent via system at 8PM one day before your grooming appointment.
If you are unable to attend, please inform us after receiving the reminder.

2️⃣ Cancellation / No-Show Policy
If cancellation is made on the same day or in case of no-show:
50% of the grooming fee will be deducted from your account.

Exceptions will only be considered for genuine emergencies (e.g. serious unforeseen situations).

If there is no balance in your Top-up account, the charges will be collected on your next visit or paid immediately via transfer.

3️⃣ Payment Policy
All grooming services must be fully paid on the same day.
No outstanding payments are allowed.

📌 条款与条件

1️⃣ 预约提醒
每次洗澡/美容前一天晚上 8PM，系统会自动发送提醒通知。
如无法出席，请在收到提醒后尽早告知。

2️⃣ 取消 / 爽约政策
若在当天才通知或未出席：
系统将直接扣除一次美容费用的 50%。

除非是紧急情况（例如突发严重事件），否则一律照此执行。

若系统内没有 Top-up 余额，将于下次美容时一并收费，或需当下完成汇款。

3️⃣ 付款规定
每次美容必须当天结清费用，不允许拖欠。

Dear valued customers,

Thank you for your continuous support and trust over the years. We are truly grateful to have cared for so many wonderful furkids throughout the years.

In order to maintain the quality of our grooming services and continue providing the best care for your pets, there will be a small adjustment to our grooming service prices starting from 1 May 2026.

For updated pricing and grooming details, please feel free to contact us directly.
