Little Paws Veterinary Clinic, led by Dr. Crystal Lee in Rawang, Selangor, has always been dedicated to providing compassionate care for pets and their families. As the clinic grew, so did the need for a system that could simplify operations and keep up with daily demands.

Turning Uncertainty Into Opportunity
Switching to a new system is always a thoughtful decision for any clinic. For Little Paws, the move to Kreloses was approached with care, but also seen as an opportunity to strengthen workflows and continue providing consistent care.

A Clinic Culture of Learning and Care
The team’s supportive spirit made the transition smoother. Step by step, they discovered how Kreloses could simplify scheduling, inventory, and billing, helping them focus more on patient care.
