🐶💉 Puppy vaccination consult… but make it chaos 😂✨

While this little ball of energy was busy doing zoomies, wiggles, and launching surprise kisses 💨🐾
Dr. Vasanthra was just calmly sitting there, playing along like this was completely normal 👩‍⚕️💛

Safe to say the consult was full of tail wags, happy chaos, and puppy energy overload 🐶✨

🐶💔 This pup came in with a rapidly growing ear polyp that was blocking his ear canal and causing a painful infection 😢

Because of the obstruction, his ear couldn’t drain properly — leading to worsening inflammation and discomfort 🩺

Our team acted quickly and scheduled surgical removal of the polyp ✂️✨
Now he’s back home, healing well and much more comfortable 💛🐾

Big thank you to his paw-rents for acting early and trusting us with his care 🙏

🐶🐱 Mange in pets — what you should know

Mange is a skin condition caused by mites, and it can lead to significant discomfort if not treated early.

⚠️ Common signs include:
🔸 Intense itching & scratching
🔸 Hair loss (patchy or widespread)
🔸 Red, inflamed or crusty skin
🔸 Thickened skin in chronic cases

There are different types of mange — some are contagious, while others are related to the pet’s immune system 🦠

✨ The good news? Mange is treatable with proper veterinary care, medication, and follow-up. Early treatment makes recovery much smoother and faster 💛

👉 If your pet is scratching more than usual or showing skin changes, don’t wait — get them checked early!

💡🐱 Why is this kitten glowing?

We’re using a special light called a Wood’s lamp ✨ — it helps us check for certain fungal infections like ringworm, which can sometimes glow a bright apple-green color.

It’s a quick and gentle way to screen for skin issues, especially in kittens 🐾
But not all infections will glow, so sometimes we may need further tests to confirm.

✨ The good news? Skin infections like this are treatable with the right care!

👉 If you notice hair loss, scaly skin, or anything unusual, it’s always best to get it checked early 💛
