With just RM99,000, Jay opened J Jay Pet Station back in 2010.

The journey wasn’t easy - lawyer’s letters, struggling to pay rent, and even wondering if choosing green as the brand colour was a mistake.

But she kept going.

Today, every challenge is a reminder that success isn’t about never falling - it’s about never giving up. ❤️

🎙️ She started with zero knowledge

When she first began selling rabbits, there were no rabbit specialists in Malaysia to learn from.

Everything she knows today came through years of learning the hard way—every mistake became a lesson, and every lesson stayed with her.

Today, she is one of the few rabbit specialists in Malaysia and that knowledge is shared with every rabbit owner who walks through our doors. 🐰❤️

🎙️ Selling a pet was never just a sale.

Every pet left with a starter kit, care guidance, and one request:

“If you can no longer care for them, bring them back to me. Don’t abandon them.”

The thought of not knowing if they were loved always weighed heavily on my heart. ❤️

And that’s how our adoption journey began - giving every animal a second chance at finding the right forever home. 🐾

He’s a 5-year-old neutered male who was adopted in 2021, but was sadly returned to us last month. 💔 Despite the change, he’s still as sweet as ever.

Just look at that snow-white coat—he keeps himself incredibly clean and is an absolute joy to be around.
