We get this question all the time — “Aren’t microgreens just sprouts?” 🤔 The answer: Nope!

Microgreens are grown in soil for 7–10 days, packed with flavour and nutrients, and perfect as a topping or mix-in. Sprouts, on the other hand, are grown in water for only 2–3 days — delicate, mild, and eaten whole (but with a higher risk of contamination).
