Mereka bukan ancaman.

Akibat manusia yang tidak memandulkan.
Akibat manusia yang membuang.
Akibat manusia yang memilih untuk tidak peduli.

Setiap haiwan jalanan ada kisah yang bermula dengan kecuaian manusia — dan berakhir dengan mereka disalahkan kerana cuba hidup.

Jika kita benar-benar mahu perubahan,
ia bermula dengan tanggungjawab.
Mandulkan. Jangan buang. Jangan abaikan.

You cannot claim to care about animals while defending a law that allows harm through loopholes, vague definitions, and unchecked authority.

A law that permits cruelty is not protection — it is permission.

ReformAwa2015 is not about noise or outrage.
It is about closing legal gaps, ending abuse disguised as “procedure”, and creating real protection for stray animals who have no voice.

You cannot fix cruelty by supporting an evil system.
You cannot save lives while defending a broken law.

We demand reform because animals deserve safety, not excuses.
We demand reform because protection must be real, not selective.

This is not welfare.
This is fear. This is pain. This is silence forced by law.
Under the Animal Welfare Act 2015,
strays are captured, detained, and killed —
even TNVRM animals.
And the system that does it is protected by immunity.
They feel hunger.
They feel fear.
They feel pain — just like us.
How did killing become “management”?
How did cruelty become “legal”?
This is not protection.
This is institutional cruelty.
Reform the law.
End the killings.
Choose compassion over convenience.

PLEASE READ BEFORE COMMENTING “WHERE IS THE PROOF?”

This poster explains what the law in Malaysia currently allows, not what we agree with.

Under the Animal Welfare Act 2015, there are actions that are NOT considered cruelty when done by authorities or people approved by them.

This means:
• Some harmful actions toward stray animals are legal
• If it is said to be for “population control”, “disease control” or “public health”
• And if it is approved by the Animal Welfare Board or done by a lawful authority

⚠️ Even if animals suffer, the law may still protect the people who did it.

This is why:
• Evidence alone is often ignored
• Reports go nowhere
• Justice for strays is very hard to get

This post is not an opinion and not an attack.
It is a direct explanation of the law as written.

If we want real protection for stray animals, this part of the law must be questioned and changed.
