Open every day from 9 am until dark, admission is by donation. Non-Profit, No-Kill, Cats-Only Sanctuary Cat Beach is a Sanctuary and loving home for 250+ cats rescued from desperate situations. We are based right on the beach in the small fishing village Teluk Bahang in Penang, Malaysia. The sanctuary is still under renovation so that we can provide the best possible care for all our furry little

WE'RE HANGRY! But I just fed you an hour ago! Yup, it's Kitten Season again! Music to our ears to hear them sounding so strong (if a bit painful to listen to!) Doing the best we can to get orphan kittens healthy❤️ despite their hardships. This little gang spent a whole day without mama's milk but they are fighting hard!
Please join Cat Beach in the fight for rescued kittens and cats. We can't save them all but we can give many a 2nd chance. Even if it means waking up every 2 hours all night to keep them alive!

Please understand Cat Beach is ‘the last resort.’ Please try to care for a cat in need yourself or find it a home where it will receive good care. We have lots of hints on how to find an adopter -- you could start by registering the cat on www.petfinder.com.my. Please if you possibly can, take the cat or kitten to a veterinarian for health check and vaccination. Then if after you have sincerely tried other options and the cat still has nowhere to go, there is Cat Beach. For pregnant and nursing momcats or kittens under 6 weeks, please contact us right away as it may be a matter of life or death for a kitten.
