Cat Beach Cat Beach Sanctuary is the beachside "last resort" for 300+rescued cats, located on Teluk Bahang beach, Penang island, Malaysia. ADOPT A CAT!

Open every day from 9 am until dark, admission is by donation. Non-Profit, No-Kill, Cats-Only Sanctuary Cat Beach is a Sanctuary and loving home for 250+ cats rescued from desperate situations. We are based right on the beach in the small fishing village Teluk Bahang in Penang, Malaysia. The sanctuary is still under renovation so that we can provide the best possible care for all our furry little

friends! In order to make these vital changes we are always thinking of new ways to raise funds and raise awareness of our cause. Cat Beach is a “no-kill” sanctuary. DONATE

There are now close to 300 hungry cats in the Sanctuary and surrounding area to feed daily, plus lots of other expenses for cleaning supplies, vet care, volunteer support, maintenance and renovations, and more. If you would like to donate, there are several methods:

Cat Beach is always looking for helping hands! If you have any time to spare and would be interested in volunteering with us, please get in touch. You do not need previous experience; you just need to love cats! We have some volunteer accommodation and in exchange for your help you are welcome to stay with us here at Cat Beach for as long as you like. You can view some of our lovely adoptable cats here:

We are always looking for loving homes for Cat Beach cats. If you can offer a place in your home and your heart for one of our furry little friends, we would love to hear from you.
