The class will enable you to learn how easily and practically one can work with compound chocolate from the process of melting, dipping, and decorating to storing of the excess premium ingredients to avoid food wastage

A very comprehensive note llwill be given to participants.

Nur will be doing a live demo of kek batik making using her fool-proof recipe that allows the cake to last more than 5 days at room temperature.

After the live demo, each participants are expected to get their hands-on the chocolate work on a 7" size cake with her useful tips and tricks to get that neat and tidy decoration job.

The knowledge of this class can simply be applied to other suitable type of cakes.

The class is suitable to anyone who has no baking knowledge and experience.

Class fees include all supplies and decorated cakes for students to bring home.
