Dear friends and family, since first of June our clinic has stopped providing emergency services after business hours.

It wasn’t an easy decision by the team but due to recent surge in negative experience, our team effort and enthusiasm has been truly tested and the management has decided to make the team wellness our priority.

In the past, we had great life saving experiences and true emergencies, grateful clients that thank and celebrated triumphs together. 11pm C sec, 3am GDV, 6am Hit by Car, anything that could go wrong, we probably seen it all.

Yet, midnight calls, stood up by uncommitted emergency, not to mention downright rude people became common, and the frustration of team is affecting us to perform our duty compassionately.

Maybe AI can help us rule out such unnecessary calls in future, but for the time being, in case of emergency please proceed to your nearest vet clinic.

Clinic is closed tomorrow 7/6/2026 Saturday for Hari Haji.
There will be a vet available from 10am to 6pm only.

95,229 pictures on my phone and your long face appear in so many of them, until you truly cross the rainbow bridge.

One of our very first favourite family portrait when we adopted her, young vibrant and joyful. Till last night, your laboured breathing for way too long. We are sorry. We are sorry we couldn’t let you go until you had too.

Everyone thinks they have the best dog, and none of them are wrong. Mali is not the best dog, she is a bad one, haha stubborn, greedy and playful. She is just the wonderful child, plays, love fiercely and always there.
Took care of Zoey and Arna. Always watching them.

Goodbye Mali. 15 years of enough.

520, 会不会是你陪我morning walk 的最后一天啊宝贝？
昨天太忙了， 真的 一直到晚上 回到家 看到你失禁， 和爸爸讲你好像比较虚弱了。
今天早上day off 想带你去走走，你连抬头都很幸苦了。想放你在trolley 出去溜达 但是这是你的心愿 还是我不甘自己走走的寂寞？
15 years of walking by my side. Mali been my teacher for companionship, parenting, healthy living, enjoying the walk, battling long distance, you know, the true love through sickness, health and haha surely wealth ( if you seen how poor broke ass students we were) , this morning, all the flash backs of the good times, and we are entering our last chapter. But I am not ready yet.

Life lesson I learnt from Mali.
The minute you a senior citizen, battling cancer, everyday is a gift. And again, can be a burden.

You slowly lose your agility; you are slow to response, you may be leaking p*e, and fail to hold your poo, no matter how well you are groom; there may be a little smell lingering. The test of true patience and unconditional love kicks in.

Isn’t that what life is about.
Happy 520 o, love them when they are well, stay with them when they need you. That’s love. No fancy meal, no need for expensive flowers, just show up, and be there.

耄耋之年又战胜癌的Mali 顽固的精神让我更深深了解照顾老年毛孩的心情和付出。 有时力不从心 有时会不小心漏屎尿， 再细心呵护 还是有异味。 种种点点滴滴 像极了照顾家里的老人一样。520 不是晒大餐的日子 爱是那无微不至温暖的陪伴。你陪我长大 我陪你变老。

There is no better way to celebrate then to set up a little charity booth with your little girl that aspire to be a vet just like her dad ❤️

Although the re-home program was not successful, but the kids had a good exposure to all sorts of exotics pets thanks to a special favour by our friend. We managed to share the concept and had a really good time overall.

Zoey: Papa, when i grow up, and I am free I will help you at My Animal Clinic.
Mom:- what you mean, why are you not free other time?

Zoey:- aiyo I need to be at Zoey Sea Animal Clinic. After I save all the turtle, dolphins and sea animals and I am free only I come help you.

Hello all lovely Malaccans 🩷
There will be a small charity event for Earth week happening at Terminal Pahlawan, Hatten tomorrow ya.
Our clinic will have a small adoption booth set up to help rehome kittens and spreading the awareness of .

So if you are looking for something fun to do, there are several activities for the little one to be planer warriors too. So do drop by and say Hi!

We got some special exotic guests for viewing and maybe, patting!
