滑着手机，看见圆滚滚、胖乎乎的猫狗，是不是总让人忍不住多看几眼，甚至觉得特别疗愈？

但你知道吗？这些"可爱的小赘肉"，其实可能正在一点一点，拖垮它们的健康。

不论是人类还是动物，脂肪过多都会演变成肥胖，并进一步引发一连串健康问题。

近年来，宠物肥胖的情况也越来越普遍。兽医估计，狗狗的肥胖率高达51%，猫咪44%，就连兔子等小型哺乳动物，也有接近三成面临体重超标的问题。

很多主人会觉得，宠物胖一点没关系，抱起来更软、更可爱。但事实上，当体重悄悄超出标准，问题也随之而来。

一般来说，狗狗体重超过正常的15%、猫咪超过20%，就已经属于肥胖范围，而过度肥胖更可能引发多种常见疾病。

不同品种、不同体型的猫狗，对体重的敏感度也不一样。有些看起来天生圆润，但其实更容易累积脂肪，一不小心就跨过健康界线。

在这个把宠物当家人的时代，我们更不能忽视这些"看起来没什么"的变化。
