对于 Cooper 在寄宿期间不幸离世，本店深感悲痛与歉意。这是一条生命的离开，无论任何原因，对我们而言都是无法推卸的责任。在此，谨向 Cooper 的主人致上最深切的哀悼与诚恳的道歉。

因本事件而让主人及大众产生痛心、担忧、不安与失望，我们同样深感抱歉。

目前，我们已第一时间与 Cooper 的主人联系，并在尊重其意愿与隐私的前提下，已完成相关后续事宜。

同时，本店已全面检讨寄宿期间的各项流程与沟通安排，并进行必要的调整与改善，只为避免憾事再次发生。

Thank you so much for your continued trust and support for us and your furry little ones ❤️

Due to upgrades in grooming products and adjustments in labor costs,
our pet grooming service prices will have a small adjustment starting from 02 January 2026.

👉 Appointments made before 01 January 2026 will still enjoy the current prices.

We will continue to care for every pet with patience and dedication,
making sure each wash and grooming session is detailed, gentle, and ease 🐶🐱
