What is "Rutin Chicken"? "芦丁鸡"是什么?
Rutin chicken is the smallest chicken in the world and has been bred by crossbreeding partridge and blue-breasted quail for many years. It is also called "mini chicken." 斑翅山鹑与蓝胸鹑经多年杂交培育的一种世界上最小鸡，也叫迷你鸡。目前培育的出芦丁鸡有原色、栗色和纯白色三种。是中国雉鸡类中最小的品种，因其蛋富含可以降血压的成份芦丁而得名。
