On the other hand, today was challenging — we were misinterpreted, argued with, and blamed for a leash malfunction which belongs to the owner. We offered help, and while it was accepted, it unfortunately came with blame. But no matter what happens between humans, furkids will always remain our top priority.

This was a shelter drop-off, and while it broke our hearts to see the kid being separated from the owner, we can only hope for the best for them. 🥺🐾

Yes, another major cleaning needed tomorrow morning 😊🐾
