跟顾客的毛孩子认识久了，
每逢生日前夕，爸爸妈妈都会特别安排来洗个“生日澡” 🎂♥️

只要是我们能力范围内做得到的事，
我们都会想替他们留下一点属于这个日子的仪式感。

蜡烛会熄灭，
蛋糕会吃完，
但那些被拍下来的快乐瞬间，
会变成谁也拿不走的回忆。

很有意义。

我们手机里有13万张照片，
每一张都舍不得删。
因为每一张，都是某个毛孩被爱着的证明。

谁能理解呢？🫢

As we get to know our customers’ furkids over the years,
their parents would often bring them in for a little “Birthday Bath” before their special day 🎂♥️

As long as it’s something we can do,
we’ll always try to create a small sense of celebration just for them.

Candles will melt.
Cake will eventually be finished.
But the happy little moments we captured for them
become memories that nobody can ever take away.

And somehow… that feels really meaningful.

We has over 130,000 photos in our phone.
We can never bring ourself to delete them.

Because every single photo
is proof that someone was deeply loved.

Who understands this feeling? 🫢

A Pet Groomer’s Daily Routine ✂️🤍

Besides grooming,
there’s always plenty of behind-the-scenes work too.

Checking appointment slots,
arranging schedules,
replying to messages and online enquiries…
sometimes it feels endless throughout the day.

Doing the same things every day never gets boring to us.

Maybe because we truly love what we do,
and because there’s always a warm little furry companion by our side 🐾

Even the busiest little routines
somehow feel comforting and meaningful ✨

回复顾客讯息与线上询问，
常常一回复就是一整天。

日复一日做着一样的事情，
但我们从来不会觉得腻。

也因为身边，
总有一个萌萌暖暖的小朋友陪伴着我们 🐾
