This is what happen when the owner think its not necessary to rehab their dog to become balanced and healthy dog. As it stated, even a small dog will bite and I believe that if this continue to happen, soon Malaysia will just ban every single dog. Molly Brown said, "dog need a good care, TRAINED TO BE SOCIABLE and etc." If you think what you care is what your dog need, then this kind of thing won't happen.
