Our company is a Social Media development company. We are creating a new mobile APP for the pets lover community to socialize and sharing on pets related information only. We are well known for supplying pets related products as well (NZPAP). Job description

1. You will be responsible for sales & marketing activities for the assigned products portfolio. implementing and executing the company's product annual sales plan.
2. Carry out new and routine visits with pets shops/ dealers.
3. Plan out work schedule and develop sales plan with the aim of achieving sales target set by the company.

4. Maintain good communication with customers, grasp customer needs in real-time, and provide customers with proactive, enthusiastic, satisfactory and thoughtful services, etc.

5. Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
6. Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
7. Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
8. Focuses sales efforts by studying the existing and potential volume of dealers.
9. Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
10. Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
11. Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
12. Recommends changes in products, services, and policies by evaluating results and competitive developments.
13. Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
14. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
15. Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
16. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

17. Assist and participate in product live broadcast/ e-commerce platforms.

Working experience:

1. More than 2 years of working experience in sales and marketing, It is an advantage if you have sold pets related products experiences.

Skills/ others:

1. Have good knowledge of pet products.
2. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
3. Outstanding Customer Service capability.

1. Responsible for product sales & marketing development, implementing and executing the company's product annual sales plan.
2. Maintain good communication with customers, grasp customer needs in real-time, and provide customers with proactive, enthusiastic, satisfactory and thoughtful services, etc.
3. Assist and participate in product live broadcast.
4. Identify the online and outside pet products on demand in the market.
5. Make a purchase plan for the identified products.
6. Carry out supplier selection and management, purchase quantity control, purchase quality control, purchase price control, delivery time control, purchase cost control, purchase contract management, and purchase record management.

Working experience:

1. More than 2 years of working experience in the pet products industry.
2. Have working experience involving overseas procurement, familiarity with major overseas procurement platforms will be an advantage.

Skills/ others:

1. Have good knowledge of pet products.
2. Familiar with pet market development, such as competitors, customer buying habits.
3. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
4. Outstanding Customer Service capability.

Job Responsibility:

1. Deal with the problems/ issues that customers encounter during the use of our APP product, deal with those issues actively and give feedback immediately/ asap to the relevant department to solve the issues quickly.
2. Cultivate customer APP usage habits to be familiar with the QR code shopping function.
3. To review current customers/members, create customer profiles and classification of customers.
4. Know how to extract APP and back-end platform’s data to analyse customers behaviour and needs, extract valuable information and cooperate with the business development department to improve, enhance and attain better performance.
5. Troubleshooting/checking on Bugs and reporting to the IT department for rectification/ solving the issues.
6. Daily online-store back-end work, such as new online store working conditions, checking on orders, order delivery, sellers online-store applications, checking refunds, user live broadcast income/user commissions/balances/online-store seller withdrawals, etc.

Working Experience

1. More than one year of working experience in the e-commerce or Internet industry.
2. Experience in overseas e-commerce operations, customer service, and system testing.
3. Familiar with bug investigation and collaborative processing experience.
4. Have experience in e-commerce data analysis.

Skills and Others

1. Have excellent communication and coordination skills and document writing skills.
2. Know the ecology of Apple and Android, and be familiar with social and e-commerce applications.
3. Have a good sense of active service.
4. Quick thinking and clear logic.
