Job description
1. You will be responsible for sales & marketing activities for the assigned products portfolio. implementing and executing the company's product annual sales plan.
2. Carry out new and routine visits with pets shops/ dealers.
3. Plan out work schedule and develop sales plan with the aim of achieving sales target set by the company.
4. Maintain good communication with customers, grasp customer needs in real-time, and provide customers with proactive, enthusiastic, satisfactory and thoughtful services, etc.
5. Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
6. Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
7. Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
8. Focuses sales efforts by studying the existing and potential volume of dealers.
9. Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
10. Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
11. Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
12. Recommends changes in products, services, and policies by evaluating results and competitive developments.
13. Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
14. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
15. Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
16. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
17. Assist and participate in product live broadcast/ e-commerce platforms.
Working experience:
1. More than 2 years of working experience in sales and marketing, It is an advantage if you have sold pets related products experiences.
Skills/ others:
1. Have good knowledge of pet products.
2. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
3. Outstanding Customer Service capability.
