About Reservation
Cakes, petries, and treats are freshly made to order
For Klang Valley order, kindly place the order minimum 3-5 DAYS in advance. For West Malaysia order, kindly place the order minimum 2 WEEKS in advance. Bookings are subject to availability (FIRST PAY FIRST RESERVED BASIS). If there is any urgent order, kindly communicate with our cust
omer service whether there is slot availability or not. The order will only confirm after full payment received, otherwise order is NOT confirm. We reserved the right to reject order, if payment paid when the slots are full. Amendment / postponed / changes of collection date / cancellation / refund is NOT allowed after order confirmation. Any changes of cake design after order confirmed may cause additional charges. About Logistics
Klang Valley - Please note that we will not be held responsible for any damage or whatsoever caused to the cake during the delivery. West Malaysia - The cake display box are not provided, instead we will vacuum pack the cake and decorative biscuits and deliver in standard carton box. We can guarantee the shipping date, but can't promise which day to be received to customer as the courier service is third party. If the cakes are not delivered on time for celebrations, refunds are not available. Kindly take note before ordering. About Ingredients
All cakes, petries, treats are made of human-grade ingredients. We do not add any preservatives, attractants and flavorings. Let us know if your furbaby has any dietary restrictions or allergies to avoid any discomfort. Cakes, petries and treats are not suitable for furbaby under 3 months old. About Decorations
All decorative biscuits are edible. However, there is steel wire under every biscuits, please take off before feeding. The 3D pet avatar is NOT edible since is made of plaster and is meant for collection purposes. The mold for the 3D pet avatar is fixed, we hand coloured according to the photos provided by customer and will be about 70% lookalike. Kindly provide clear, original photos and not edited. About Serving and Storage
Cakes and petries require cold storage. Kindly consume within 5-7 days. It can be microwave for 10-15 seconds or remove from refrigerator in advance to serve at room temperature. Consume in smaller portion is recommended. We are also pawrents, so we pay much attention to the nutrition and health of our furbaby too. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
