# The Dog Owner specifically represents that he/she is the sole owner and legal owner of the dog, free and clear of all liens and encumbrances
# Vaccination is compulsory. All dogs must be fully and up-to-date vaccinated
# Flea and ticks prevention is a MUST. NexGard, Front Line or Advantix Spot-On are recommended. Other anti-ticks options such as ticks collar or Bayticol are advisable too
# Dog that having fleas or ticks or lice infestations are strictly NOT allowed
# Dog Owner to ensure and agree to deliver your dog in a clean condition, free from flea/ticks/lice. If found to have any sign of flea/ticks/lice, might be rejected as to protect the rest of the fur guests
# Any dogs found to have flea/ticks/lice will be treated immediately and bathed with treatment product and shampoo. Charges involved RM300.00 shall be borne by the Dog Owner, with NO exceptions. We have strict policies and never compromise the safety of our fur guests
# Dog Owner agree that flea/ticks/lice infestation is a very serious matter and must be avoided at all stays. In the event of this happening Dog Owner may be charged additional expenses for household treatment and compensation for loss of earnings following an infestation. These costs may include, but are not limited to, costs associated with treating other fur guests and/or home for flea/ticks/lice prevention. It is the responsibility of all Dog Owners to disclose any knowledge of flea/ticks/lice issues associated with their dogs to us before any stay or visit
# Deworm and heart worm prevention are needed, as if situation permits, we might walk your dogs
# Female on heat are not acceptable, as we are cage-free
# If unspayed female dog on heat during her stay, additional RM10/day will be charged for Sanitary Charges (extra attention, cleaning & pads for dog and additional hygiene procedures with special antiseptic products & odour removal)
# Dog Owner must provide actual and correct information about the dog’s skin and health conditions
# Dog Owner confirm that your dog has not been ill with any contagious disease or condition within the past 30 days and that your dog has received all the necessary vaccinations
# Sick/injuries/elderly/underage dogs may expose underlying health problems or any unforeseen circumstances that Mirabel Dog Care shall not be held liable for and is entirely at Dog Owners’ risk
# Dog Owner have disclosed any known dangers associated with your dog
# Dog Owner must inform us on the dog possible behaviour before the acceptance to stay in, as for us to accommodate to your dog needs and prevent unwanted risk to other fur guests
# Aggressive dogs are not allowed. Dog Owner confirms your dog is non-aggressive
# Dog Owner agree that if your dog attacks, or is involved in a fight with, another dog (and/or person) causing injury to that dog (and/or person), Dog Owner will be responsible for any losses incurred as a result including, but not limited to, payment of veterinary fees or medical fees in respect of injuries to another dog (and/or person) caused by your dog
# Dog Owner confirms that you agree should your dog’s show aggressive tendencies towards the other dogs or person, or behaviour become uncontrollable, destructive or unreasonable, Dog Owner accept that your dog will be placed in a dog boarding kennel/cage until your return and that this will be subject to a transfer charge of RM200.00 which will be payable by yourself upon your return. There will be no refund of the boarding fees you have paid to Mirabel Dog Care and any additional fees charged by the kennels/cage will be payable by Dog Owner. In addition, Dog Owner agree to pay the cost of any damage caused by your dog to others
# Stringent precautions are taken to prevent injuries or emergencies, we have a panel vet on standby. If needed, your dog will be send to our panel vet. We will keep the Dog Owner (or the emergency contact person/authorised person) posted on the dog’s status. Dog Owner shall discuss with the vet and decision making shall be made by Dog Owner (or the emergency contact person/authorised person). All bills or charges involved shall be borne by the Dog Owner
# Dog Owner is responsible for any veterinary bills, no matter how they are incurred whilst the dogs are in the care of Mirabel Dog Care. Mirabel Dog Care is not responsible nor will be held liable for any veterinary expenses incurred on dog during or after the term of services
# Dog Owner to responsible and ensures the local council registered license for the dog is active and valid. Mirabel Dog Care shall not be held liable or responsible under whatsoever circumstances for any or whatsoever issues/problems arises direct or indirect related to unlicensed dogs
# Prepayment/Cash Payments shall be made in advance of the designated number of days required
# Reservation/Booking will only be confirmed upon receiving the full prepayment. Prepayment made for a Booking will confirm the Dog Owner acceptance of Mirabel Dog Care’s Terms and Conditions and their desire to progress with a Booking
# Once Booking is confirmed, no changes of boarding date are allowed without notice in advance of 14 days before the date of check-in
# Prepayment and all payments are non-refundable under any circumstances. No refunds of the amount paid and no claim for no show, cancellation of the stay, short stay and for unavailed services and facilities
# Overstays and late pick-ups/check-out can be settled upon pick-up/check-out of your dogs. Please contact us in advance for any overstays or late pick-ups/check-out
# If the dog’s owner does not redeem or pick-up/check-out the dog after 7 days from agreed date, the dog will be deemed as abandoned. Therefore, the dog’s owner loses the ownership and rights to the dog and we reserve the sole rights to take any action on the dog without further notice
# All dogs accepted at the Dog Owner’s risk. Whilst we pride ourselves on the standard of care and attention your dogs will receive, Mirabel Dog Care shall not responsible for any loss or damage arising through illness or unexpected health problem/reported case or accidents happen on your dogs in any circumstances
# Photos/images taken of your dogs during the board/stay will be the property of Mirabel Dog Care and may be shared on our website and social media sites. Should you not wish for your dog’s photos to be shared please let us know. Please note no details of your dogs will be given out, the security of dogs is paramount
# Mirabel Dog Care reserves the right to refuse, reject, cancel or stop the service to anyone at any time
# Mirabel Dog Care reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice
# All Dog Owners/Customers shall be in agreement to Mirabel Dog Care’s Terms and Conditions once they have chosen at their freewill to confirm the reservation/booking with payment OR sign the form OR check-in their dogs at Mirabel Dog Care
Don’t Forget
+ Make a reservation well in advance, as we limit the slots, to keep our promise to ensure your dog will have a less crowded place to stay.
+ When you bring your dogs in for boarding, remember their food, special instructions, and any other permitted items.
+ Bring your dogs’ foods, toys, bedding, special treats that may help them feel more at home during their stay.
+ Do not bring valuable items or items that you absolutely need to get back, as they could become lost or damaged.
+ Make sure to provide a contactable emergency contact person/authorised person, in case you cannot be reached. Your dogs will be in good hands. Enjoy your vacation or day off!
