Can you believe this is a sugar glider? 🥹

This tiny little pink baby is actually a sugar glider joey.

At this stage, it’s only about the size of a grain of rice. 🌾

Many people don’t realize sugar gliders are born incredibly tiny and continue developing safely inside their mother’s pouch.

Also, not all owner got the chance to witness this too😏

Nature is amazing. ❤️

Did you know sugar glider babies start life this small?

Hundreds of tiny paws, one trusted grooming service. 🐾❤️

Every sugar glider is different.

Some are calm, some are shy, and some just can’t sit still. That’s why gentle handling and experience matter during nail trimming and grooming.

At Mygliderstories, we’ve been caring for sugar gliders since 2014, helping owners with nail trimming, grooming, and pet hotel services.

If your glider’s nails are getting too long, or you simply prefer someone experienced to handle the grooming, we’re happy to help.

Do you know - sugar glider’s nose is the easy way to know their health 😷

Today customers come for full grooming, when I saw this little fella, owner says recently fur seems abnormal, before open the pouch, I suspect either is depress/lack if nutrition…

Open pouch take her out for grooming, gg, from my experience this is not depress issue anymore… it’s nutrition, their diet…which this I’ve advised many years ago in our page, which a lot of owners didn’t aware why food matters…

They need balance food, just like kids, only give rice & vege long term, what happened? Lack of nutrition, sick, leg is weak.
Especially sugar glider, THEY WILL HIDE THEIR SICKNESS!! Yes, in wild life, they scare being isolated, so sick also hide, except until max cnt hide anymore then gg.🙃

I’ve teach a lot of my customers, you can prepare at your own with the calculation, but of course found a lot customer asking for help, therefore we have their main food to sell, which already calculate based on their need & just take out and feed only, no need cost ur time and they can eat healthy.

I know this post is long/naggy 😬 but I know it’s not owner fault, it’s because no one teach them that eating correct food really helps their little fur kids to stay up to 12 years with them… hope this helps.

Do share it out to your sugar glider’s geng, don’t ignore their need 🙏🏻 Love them like your own kids ok? 🥹

Urgent Help Needed:
Re-homing & Licensing Advice for East Malaysia 🐾

Reaching out to our community for some urgent guidance.

A very loving owner currently in West Malaysia is facing a difficult situation, she needs to move back to East Malaysia (EM) with her two beloved sugar gliders, but is struggling to navigate the licensing and transport requirements.

I’ve helped with re-homing in the past, but I am currently at my limit and cannot take in more sugar gliders at this time. We are looking for solutions to keep them together or find them a safe, experienced home.

How you can help:

1. Licensing: Does anyone have experience or verified information on the license application/approval process for bringing exotic pets to EM?

2. Transport/Orgs: Are there any organizations or trusted methods that assist with relocating exotic pets to EM?

3. Adoption: If a move isn’t possible, the owner may consider re-homing. We are looking for an experienced owner who can promise them a loving, long-term home.

Please share your advice, experiences, or recommendations in the comments below. Your input could make all the difference for this family! ❤️ (Please help, she’s reading this!)
